Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no charge at all. The Clinic plan supports 2-10 practitioners under one account with centralized billing. The clinic administrator can add and manage team members, view usage analytics, and handle all billing from a single dashboard. Each practitioner gets their own login with full Professional-level access. For clinics with more than 10 practitioners, please contact us for Enterprise pricing.

During registration, practitioners provide their license information. Our team verifies credentials to ensure only qualified healthcare professionals access clinical tools. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You can use the platform immediately while verification is in progress.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, you can still cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Yes. Hlistix is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, which offers HIPAA-eligible services. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
